The hotel looks renovated and clean but guess functionality wasn't the point. The toilet flush button was not very sturdy when we first checked in and used but then it broke down and did not flush in the middle of the night second time using. I called the hotel, the number doesn't go through. There's nobody in the front desk. The lady didn't tell me how to access the front door in the evening and couple of times we got locked out because we didn't know there was a code or anything to access at night. If there's something happening at night, there's no one to respond. Completely disasterous hotel. On the top of it, the front desk didn't even bother saying sorry

Really kind and helpful people...we were in McDonald's and needed a taxi but they were closed, but a man with two young daughters offered to drive us to our hotel, and we accepted...and he refused to take any money from us...setting a good example for his daughter's i believe...
